Weekly live group sessions Every week we meet online for 60 minutes - because you can't think your way out of a feeling. The first half is guided movement (Pilates-based, no experience needed). The second half is nervous system and mindset work using NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching tools. Both halves do more than they look like.
