I’m Amy Sawyer, founder of ThinkThrive, and I’m on a mission to redefine how organisations approach wellbeing at work.
For too long, success has been built on pressure and pushing through exhaustion. Burnout has become normal. Stress has been expected.
I believe sustainable wellbeing is the foundation of sustainable performance.
With 20 years’ experience inside corporate environments, I understand workplace pressure firsthand. I’ve seen capable teams struggle when stress goes unmanaged and communication breaks down.
Today, I integrate movement-based training, DiSC behavioural profiling and behavioural change methodologies to strengthen resilience, support nervous system regulation and improve focus in practical, measurable ways.
