Half Day

Core workshop - 3.5 hours

All three pillars. Works well as a team offsite, end-of-quarter reset, or wellbeing day. Up to 20 people.

Full Day

Deep dive - 6 hours

Extended DiSC debrief, additional mindset workshops, and a longer movement session. Includes individual reflection time. Ideal for leadership teams or whole-of-org days.

Series

3-session series

One session per month across a quarter. Builds on each previous session so the skills actually stick. Best for teams wanting lasting culture change, not a one-off.

All workshops can be held at your workplace or an external venue. Travel within Melbourne metro included; regional and interstate by arrangement.

Amy spent over 20 years inside corporate environments - she knows what it actually looks like when a team is running on fumes and still hitting targets. She also knows it's not sustainable, and she knows what it takes to change it.

After leaving corporate to teach Pilates, she trained in NLP and hypnotherapy - and built an approach that combines all three. Not because it sounded interesting, but because she kept seeing the same patterns in the capable, high-achieving people walking into her sessions. The same tension. The same mental load. The same sense that no amount of willpower was going to fix it.
